Steel Cut Oatmeal with Fresh Bananas, Blueberries and Brown Sugar
Serves 1

The best thing about breakfast is that it is super easy! 

Ingredients 
1 cups steel cut oatmeal 
1 banana sliced
1/4 cup blueberries 
4 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions
  1. Boil 2 cups of water, add 1 cups of oatmeal once it gets to a boil
  2. Stir the mixture then turn heat to low and place a lid on top
  3. Slice banana into slices and set aside
  4. Rinse blueberries and sat aside
  5. Oatmeal cook time varies so keep an eye on it
  6. Once the water has evaporated, distribute into bowl
  7. Add 4 tablespoons to of brown sugar, banana slices and blueberries
Enjoy. It's healthy and feeling when paired with 2 boiled eggs.
