Tomato and Avocado Salad
Serves 2
tomato avocado salad

1 pint cherry tomato
1 avocado
2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
dash of garlic salt
dash of pepper

Remove pit and skin from avocado and slice into 1/4 inch pieces. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Squeeze 2 tablespoons of lime juice onto avocado and tomato chunks. Add a dash of pepper and a dash of garlic salt. Toss and sit aside for 5 minutes. This is the best vegan dish that you can either serve as an appetizer or snack.
